Moe, Maggs and the Jar of Eggsby *mr-book-faced

Trying some new techniques with the colouring, which was very interesting and took forever.
I drew this picture with the thought that it should contain everything Moe holds dear.
I hate to say that I completely forgot about Barney and Mr. Snookums, dangit. But I draw Moe/Barney all the time, so I can forgive myself for that.
The tavern (which is what they're inside of, obviously), the "Jar of Pickled Eggs" and Maggie were the other things on the list.
The eggs were fun to colour.

How long does it take you to draw something like this?

Uh, It didn't take that long to draw and ink, but it took a very, very long time to color. I was trying a style on photoshop different from what I usually did and there were a lot of little things to be careful of, like the eggs. It was fun, though, and I enjoyed doing it.

For me it's the other way round. Drawing takes very long, but coloring is easy.

Really? Hmmm...maybe it's just because I have very limited experience with digital coloring.
